Case Study – AAACT

Automotive Aftermarket Association of the Carolinas & Tennessee, Inc. (AAACT)

Like most associations AAACT wanted to improve their image, establish an online presence with a website (www.aaactonline.com) and offer their members a trusted source for website design and development.  AAACT knew that to compete in today’s business climate that many of their members need a way to tap into the sales opportunities they were missing by not having an online and offline marketing presence.

AAACT needed a “trusted source” who could deliver; a top-quality product, meet their commitments, and provide services that were scalable in scope and price.

The number one problem when selecting a vendor is, you can never be 100% sure that they will or can deliver.  They needed a provider that not only talked the talk but walked the walk.

As you can see from Randy Lisk’s letter, Qudeso delivered as promised!

Our approach is very simple; listen to the customers wants and needs (really listen), repeat what was heard to make sure there is a clear understanding, ask a lot of pertinent questions (believe me we ask a lot of questions), analyze the wants and needs, and finally advise the client of what can be done and more importantly what cannot be done.  Reach an agreement detailing the scope of work, timelines and miles stone.

AAACT’s website has been up and running since July 13th, 2011.  Already AAACT has received an order for forms, from a business (outside their region) searching the internet!  To say they are pleased would be an understatement!
